Chinese health authority said Tuesday that it received reports of 36 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Monday, including 30 locally-transmitted ones. Of the locally-transmitted cases, 28 were reported in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and two in Liaoning Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report. One new suspected COVID-19 case imported from outside the mainland was reported in Shanghai Municipality. No deaths related to the disease were reported Monday. |
