(ECNS) -- The number of confirmed novel coronavirus cases across the world has surpassed 2.47 million as of Sunday, with fatalities exceeding 170,000, according to the latest tally by Johns Hopkins University. The Chinese mainland reported 11 more cases (4 imported) on Monday, and the seven domestic cases included six from Heilongjiang Province and one from Guangdong Province, according to the National Health Commission. By April 20, there have been 82,758 cumulative infections, 77,123 recoveries, 4,632 deaths and 1,003 remaining infections in the Chinese mainland. Another 1,025 cumulative cases in Hong Kong, 45 in Macao and 422 in Taiwan have been reported.
