Photo:Xinhua Iranian Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi said Saturday that fuel is being reloaded in the Bushehr nuclear plant, the local satellite Press TV reported. The reactor of Bushehr nuclear plant will reach the critical phase between May 5 and May 10, Salehi was quoted as saying. Russian contractor Atomstroyexport said Friday it had resumed loading fuel into the reactor at Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant. The state-owned contractor said in a statement its specialists in Iran started the refuelling operation after the completion of a series of checks on the Bushehr plant and cleansing of the pipes. The company also said the earlier removal of fuel was "a necessary measure" to ensure safety, as the Russian specialists found several small metal pieces had entered a cooling system.
